Terms of use

StockRadar UK is a UK digital restock-alert service for selected trading card game products and collectibles. You choose what to watch; we check public shop pages and ping you on Telegram, email or Discord when a real product page looks buyable. Stock data is best-effort: shops change their pages without notice, pages can be stale or wrong, and we never promise you’ll get the product. We don’t auto-buy, add items to a basket, check out, hold stock or complete any purchase for you. You open the shop yourself and decide.

You can use StockRadar UK without an account: your watchlist is kept by a cookie in your browser. If you add an email and password, keep the password safe; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.

We list 75 UK shops, and we can only ping from the ones whose product pages we can check. Many of the shops we list, including Smyths, Argos and the supermarkets, block automated checks or have no product page we can read, so no plan gets pings from them yet. Free includes up to 5 watches and pings from the 11 Free shops on the list (Smyths Toys, Argos, GAME, Amazon UK, John Lewis, Tesco, Asda, The Entertainer, TG Jones, Sainsbury's and Zatu Games) where we can check them. Plus adds the other listed shops where we can check them, and the other features on the pricing page.

You can try Plus free for 7 days. No card is needed. The week unlocks once your watchlist has a watch and you’ve connected Telegram, email or Discord. One free week per person. A Telegram account, Discord account or email address that has already had a free week can’t start another one.

When the week ends, your watchlist goes back to Free by itself. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. Plus only continues if you choose a paid plan.

If Plus sends you no in-stock or price-drop pings during your free week, we add 7 more days, once. It happens by itself when the week ends, as long as you still have a watch and Telegram, email or Discord connected. Every in-stock ping counts, including pre-order and limited-stock pings and pings for something that was already in stock when you added it. So do pings about a price dropping to or near RRP, or Amazon starting to sell a product itself. Invite-queue and sold-out pings don’t count. If Plus days for inviting a friend are added on to your week, the 7 extra days don’t apply.

Plus is a digital subscription: currently £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. Payments are processed by Stripe. You’re charged when checkout completes, then at the start of each billing period until you cancel. There is no separate paid trial. By subscribing you agree to recurring billing and to Stripe’s terms for the payment.

Cancel any time from your watchlist (Manage billing) or the Stripe billing portal, with no fee (how to cancel). Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

14-day cooling-off. Plus is a digital service sold at a distance, so you have 14 days from purchase to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, email [email protected] and we’ll refund you in line with UK consumer law. We may deduct a reasonable amount for the days of Plus you’ve already used. After that, unused time in a paid period isn’t refunded unless the law requires it.

Release Pass. A Release Pass is one payment of £2.99, not a subscription. It switches Plus on for your watchlist from the moment you pay until the end of 20 November 2026, then your watchlist goes back to Free by itself. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel. We can’t promise that any shop will have stock, so a pass isn’t refunded because nothing restocked, a ping came too late or you didn’t get the product. The 14-day cooling-off above applies to a pass in the same way.

Gift Plus. A Plus gift code is one payment of £39.99, not a subscription. Whoever redeems the code gets Plus on their watchlist for 12 months from the day they redeem it; it never renews. A code can be used once, can’t be exchanged for cash, and anyone holding it can redeem it, so keep it safe. The 14-day cooling-off above applies to the buyer while the code is unused.

If we change our published prices, we’ll give you reasonable notice before the new price applies to your plan.

Shop pages change without notice. Search and category pages can show “Add to basket” for other products, so they never trigger a ping. Even an “In stock” signal can be wrong, stale or sold out by the time you open the link. Always check on the shop’s site before you travel or pay. We aren’t liable for missed restocks, false alerts or failed purchases.

• Don’t use StockRadar to power auto-buy or scalping tools.
• Don’t abuse our APIs, scrape our site heavily, or reverse-engineer it to harm shops.
• Don’t create watchlists or accounts for spam, fraud or harassment.
• Don’t try to break our security, or use several watchlists or accounts to get more than one free Plus week.

We may suspend or close watchlists and accounts that break these rules.

Shops such as Smyths Toys, Magic Madhouse, Argos and GAME are independent. Their stock, prices and terms are theirs alone. We’re not affiliated with them, and we may add, remove or change the shops we track at any time. Some shop links are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission at no cost to you.

The StockRadar name, branding and software are ours. Game, product and shop names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products and shops. Don’t copy our service for a competing commercial one without permission.

The service runs on best-effort hosting. Outages, maintenance and shops blocking our checks can delay or stop checks and alerts. We don’t promise 100% uptime.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss (including missed purchases, profits or data). Our total liability for any claim about Plus is limited to what you paid us for Plus in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under UK law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer protections you have where you live in the UK.
