Yes. Free includes up to 5 watches and pings from Amazon UK, Zatu Games and the other Free shops we can check, 2 minutes after Plus. Plus is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. It pings you first, from every shop we can check, and adds RRP-only alerts and unlimited watches. Many of the shops we list, including Smyths, Argos and the supermarkets, block automated checks or have no product page we can read, so no plan gets pings from them yet.

Yes. Try Plus free for 7 days, no card needed. It unlocks once you've added a watch and connected Telegram, email or Discord. One free week per person. When the week ends you go back to Free unless you choose a paid plan, so there's nothing to cancel. If Plus sends you no in-stock or price-drop pings during your free week, we add 7 more days, once.

For the 6 November releases, yes. The 6 November Release Pass is one payment of £2.99. Plus is on from the moment you pay until 20 November 2026, then your watchlist goes back to Free by itself. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel. It is on sale until 13 November. It can't make shops restock, so it isn't refunded because nothing came back in stock.

No. StockRadar never buys products for you, never fills a basket and never checks out. You get a link, open the shop yourself and decide.

Public Discord channels ping every restock to everyone. StockRadar is a private watchlist: you only hear about the products you watch, only from real product pages, and on Plus only at a fair price.

Yes. Add StockRadar to your Home Screen from Safari (Share, then Add to Home Screen), open it from there and tap Get browser notifications in your watchlist. The steps are at stocksradar.uk/install. Telegram, Discord and email pings work on any phone without this.

Not by default. A restock priced more than 50% over RRP stays quiet, on Free and Plus, because those are almost always reseller prices. The product page on StockRadar still shows it as in stock. To hear about every restock, turn on "Pings for overpriced stock" in your watchlist settings. A watch with its own max price follows that price instead, and a restock with no known price, or of a product we hold no RRP for, still pings.

We only ping from real product pages. When all we have for a shop is a search or category page, it shows as "No product page yet" and can't ping, because those pages often show "Add to basket" for other products. Some shops, like Argos and Smyths, also block automated checks. Their pages show "Shop blocks our checks", and we can't ping from them yet. Each product page shows exactly which shops can ping you.

We just checked the product page and you can buy it (not invite-only). It's best-effort: stock moves fast, so always check the shop's page before you pay or travel.

Open your watchlist and connect Telegram, email or Discord. On Telegram or Discord we send a test ping straight away, so you know it works. For email, tap the confirm link we send you.

Your watchlist lives in the browser you made it in, so a new phone, a new browser or cleared cookies starts an empty one. To bring yours across, go to Find my watchlist on the new device. Send /open to our Telegram or Discord bot, or enter the email your pings go to, and you get a one-time link that opens your watchlist there, Plus included. This needs a Telegram, Discord or confirmed email connected to the watchlist beforehand.

We list 75 UK shops, but we can only check the ones whose product pages we can read, and today that is not all of them. Many of the shops we list, including Smyths, Argos and the supermarkets, block automated checks or have no product page we can read, so no plan gets pings from them yet. Of the shops on the list, 11 are Free shops (Smyths Toys, Argos, GAME, Amazon UK, John Lewis, Tesco, Asda, The Entertainer, TG Jones, Sainsbury's and Zatu Games) and 64 are Plus shops, including Magic Madhouse, Total Cards and dozens of small UK card shops. Each product page shows exactly which shops can ping you. The shop list shows which ones we can check right now.

Hyped products on Amazon UK often show "Request invite" instead of "Add to basket". That isn't open stock, so we label it "Invite only", never "In stock". We ping you when an invite opens on a product you watch: Plus hears as soon as we see it, Free 15 minutes later.

We check the pages you watch every few minutes. Plus is pinged first; Free pings go out 2 minutes later. If a product keeps flipping in and out of stock, we wait before pinging about it again, so you don't get spammed.

We don't sell cards or sealed products. Plus payments go through Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe, not to us.

Tell us with the feedback form. Shops change their pages without warning, and we'd rather show "Can't check" than a wrong "In stock". On Plus you can also paste the right product page into your watchlist.

Open your watchlist and tap Manage billing (the Stripe billing portal), or follow how to cancel Plus. No fee, and paid plans have a 14-day cooling-off period. The free Plus week needs no card, so there's nothing to cancel: it ends by itself.

Open your watchlist, go to Settings and use Delete this watchlist at the bottom. If you've set a password, it's called Delete account and asks for your password. Paying for Plus? Cancel it first with Manage billing in Settings, so you aren't charged again. You can also email [email protected] and we'll delete it for you.
