What is StockRadar UK?+
A calm restock radar for UK Pokémon TCG collectors. You watch the products you want; we ping you by email and optional Telegram when a real shop buy page looks freely buyable. We are not a Discord firehose and not an auto-buy bot.
Is this free?+
Yes. The free den includes up to 5 product watches, major UK retailers, and email alerts. Plus is optional (£4.99/mo or £39.99/year) for unlimited watches, faster alerts, Telegram-focused power use, and paste any product URL.
Is this an auto-buy or scalper bot?+
No. StockRadar never buys products for you, never checks out, and never automates carts. You get a link, open the shop yourself, and decide. Built for collectors.
Why do some shops say “search only”?+
Search and category pages often show “Add to basket” for other products. We refuse to mark those as in stock. Green only appears on verified product buy pages where the main product looks freely buyable. Prefer shops marked ok.
What does green “in stock” mean?+
Best-effort: the product page’s primary buy button / stock signal looks freely buyable (not invite-only, not related-product noise). Always open the shop and confirm before you travel or pay. Stock moves fast.
How do I connect Telegram?+
Log in → open your den → Connect Telegram → tap the link to open our bot → press Start. Takes about 30 seconds if you already have Telegram. Email still works without it.
Which shops do you track?+
Major UK retailers and specialist card shops (Smyths, Argos, Amazon UK, Magic Madhouse, Chaos Cards, and more). See shops we track. Some sites block automated checks — those stay honest (unknown / blocked) rather than faking stock.
Why is Amazon sometimes “invite” not in stock?+
Hyped TCG on Amazon UK often uses Request invite, not open basket. That is useful to know, but it is not freely buyable stock — we will not mark it green as open cart.
How fast are alerts?+
We scan on a short schedule (about every few minutes). Plus aims for faster notice; free may include a short delay. There is also a cooldown so the same product does not spam you. Radar sweep is optional — the background worker handles normal restocks.
Do you sell cards or take my card details?+
We do not sell TCG product. Paid Plus is handled by Stripe — card details go to Stripe, not our server.
Something looks wrong on a listing?+
Use report / paste the correct buy URL in the den (Plus for custom URLs). Honest mistakes happen when shops change HTML — we prefer “unknown” over a false green.
Where is privacy / terms?+
Read our privacy policy and terms of use. Plus billing goes through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How do I delete my account?+
Log in → Den → Settings → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm. Cancel Plus in Stripe first if you pay, so you are not billed again.
