Cancel Plus

Plus is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, billed by Stripe. You’re charged when checkout completes, then at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

The free Plus week (7 days) needs no card, so there’s nothing to cancel: when it ends, your watchlist goes back to Free by itself.

1. Open your watchlist.
2. Tap Manage billing.
3. In the Stripe billing portal, choose cancel. Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

It’s the same portal as Manage billing. Stripe emails you a receipt and a portal link when you subscribe. You can also update your card or download invoices there. We never see or keep your full card number.

Plus is a digital service sold at a distance, so you have 14 days from purchase to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, email [email protected] and we’ll refund you in line with UK consumer law. We may deduct a reasonable amount for the days of Plus you’ve already used.

Shop orders are separate from Plus. You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order details. Return postage is usually yours unless the item is faulty.
