Cancel Plus
Plus is a paid digital restock-alert subscription from StockRadar UK. You can cancel any time. No extra fee to cancel.
What you pay
Plus is £4.99 / month or £39.99 / year, billed by Stripe after a 7-day trial (card required). Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
Cancel from your den (dashboard)
- Open My den.
- If you have a Stripe subscription, tap Manage billing (top of the den).
- Stripe’s customer portal lets you cancel, update the card, or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless you are still in trial — then you pay nothing.
Cancel via Stripe’s customer portal
Same portal as Manage billing. Stripe emails a receipt and a portal link when you subscribe. You can also open the portal from the den while logged in. We do not keep your full card number.
14-day cooling-off (UK)
Plus is a digital service sold at a distance. You have 14 days from purchase to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel during the Stripe trial, you pay nothing. If you cancel after a paid charge, within 14 days, contact [email protected] and we will refund in line with UK consumer law (we may deduct a reasonable amount for days you already used the paid service).
Merch shop orders
Physical shop orders are separate from Plus. Unused, unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order details. Postage on returns is usually yours unless the item is faulty.
